It has a population of approximately 19,540 inhabitants. It is a booming tourist area and developers have invested heavily in the construction of high-rise hotels and condominiums. It is home to many exclusive hotels and condominiums.
Sunny Isles Beach is centrally located, just minutes from the luxurious Bal Harbour and Bal Harbour Shops and to the south, Collins Avenue leads to the nightlife of Miami Beach (South Beach).

Valet is $35 plus 13% tax per day.
Resort fee is $25 plus 13% tax.

The front desk staff will provide you with a key card for the door, elevator, fitness center and pool.
About parking and rates
Valet parking is $30 plus tax at 13% per day.
The resort fee is $30 plus tax at 13%.
The manager's fee is $16 per day.
These fees are NOT INCLUDED in the reservation and must be paid upon arrival.
The resort may require a deposit, which is refundable.
No additional charges will apply after the 14th day for resort, manager and valet fees within 30 days. Fees begin to accrue
again after the 30-day period.

- Try to leave the unit in the same condition you found it. You will find soap and toilet paper when you arrive, then you must provide your own toiletries (shampoo, soap, toilet paper, etc.) There are several stores located within walking distance.
- Take out the trash, wash dishes or place them in the dishwasher already clean when you leave. THERE IS A $60 FINE FOR GARBAGE
- Take care of the sheets and towels (towels are not for wiping the countertop or kitchen)
- this is a non-smoking unit! Smoking inside will result in a minimum additional cleaning fee of $200.
- Pets are not allowed. If we find that you bring a pet, there is a $400 fine.
-The guest is responsible for any damage to the apartment.
-The fee includes a one-time departure cleaning fee. Guests who leave the premises excessively dirty will be charged an additional cleaning fee.
-Daily cleaning service is not included. Additional cleaning is available for a supplement upon request.
-Check-in time: after 4 p.m.
- Check-out time: 11 a.m.

The resort reserves the right of admission and stay of guests and may expel any guest who violates the rules of the building. If guests are expelled for violating the rules, we are not responsible for such action and no refund will be applied. You will be duly notified.

Important
upon departure everything will be checked.
In case the cleaning staff finds damaged objects, blood stained towels, makeup or others, the guest will be charged the amount corresponding to the replacement of the damaged object. There are no exceptions.
