Unit Description.
This modern 1 bedroom apartment features a comfortable king size bed and a full bathroom. The spacious living room is perfect for relaxing, and the extra-large balcony will allow you to enjoy the cool breeze. In addition, the unit is equipped with private wifi, cable TV, washer and dryer to make you feel right at home.
Ideal Location
Located at Beachwalk Resort on the vibrant Hallandale Beach, just a 9-minute walk to the coast. During your stay, you'll have access to an outdoor pool and a fully equipped fitness center. We also offer a complimentary shuttle service to take you to the beach, where you can relax on the included chairs and umbrella (available on a first-come, first-served basis).

Our unit is designed for your comfort, with:
Fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils: knives, cutlery, pots, pans, coffee maker (with complimentary coffee, sugar and tea upon arrival), toaster and more.
Washer and dryer in the unit, so you can keep your clothes fresh throughout your stay.
Initial toiletries, such as soap, shampoo, towels and toilet paper. These items are provided for your arrival only, so we recommend that you purchase the items you will need for the remainder of your stay.
The master bedroom features a king size bed, extra bedding and private bathroom.
Private WiFi and cable TV throughout the unit for your entertainment.
Resort amenities
The resort operates as a condo-hotel, with a 24-hour front desk. Upon arrival, you will receive an access card that will allow you to use the common areas, such as the fitness center, pool and elevator. Please note that the rooftop pool is exclusively for owners and is not available to guests.
Beach services
The resort offers a free shuttle service to the beach and access to two chairs and an umbrella at no extra charge (available on a first-come, first-served basis). If you need more chairs or umbrellas you can rent them for $40 at Esteban's Place.
Valet Parking Rates
For added convenience, we offer valet service at the following rates:
-Visitors (without reservation):
0 - 3 hours: $13 + tax
Each additional hour: $8 + tax
-Hotel guests:
1 - 7 nights: $28 + tax per day.
8 to 10 nights: $25 + tax per day
11 to 19 nights: flat rate of $250 + tax
20 nights and over: flat rate of $295 + tax per day
-If you check out after noon:
Each additional hour: $8 + tax (maximum $28 per day)

If you plan to make online purchases during your stay, please note that the building may charge a fee for receiving packages. For security reasons, we recommend that you coordinate the delivery of your packages during the days you are present. To receive packages, please use the following address:

BASIC RULES:
Treat the apartment as your own home. It is not a hotel, it is a private unit. Take care of the furniture and spaces.
Leave the accommodation as you found it. Keeping it tidy makes future stays easier for everyone.
Toiletries: You will find initial soap and toilet paper. After that, you should buy what you need (there are stores nearby).
No parties are allowed. To avoid disturbing the neighbors. Fine: $175.
Do not make loud noises. Respecting the rest of other residents is essential.
Do not throw paper, towels or other products in the toilet. They clog pipes and cause serious problems. Fine: up to $150.
Don't touch smoke detectors. They are safety devices; damaging them is punishable by a fine.
Household items: You may use whatever you find in the unit, but only during your stay.
Elevator delays: The number of visitors may cause delays.
Restaurant out of service. Currently unavailable.
Valet parking: Contact in person at the counter; not available by phone.
No private phone in units. Use your cell phone for any calls.
Pool may be out of service. Unexpected repairs may occur without notice.
Bathroom: Includes 4 body towels, 2 facial towels, 1 hand towel, bath mat, hair dryer, 2 rolls of toilet paper and initial toiletries. Everything will be checked at the end of your stay.
Clean up upon departure: Take out the garbage, wash dishes or put them in the dishwasher. Fine for leaving trash: $60.
Take care of sheets and towels: Do not use them to clean surfaces. Stains (blood, makeup, etc.) or damage will be charged without exception.
NO smoking in the unit. Minimum cleaning fee of $200 for smoking indoors.
Pets are not allowed. If you have a service dog, attach documentation in chat. Fine of $200 for pets without documentation, and will be charged for any damages they cause.
Guest is responsible for any damage to the apartment. Damages will be charged to the guest.
The rate includes a one-time cleaning upon departure. If you leave the apartment excessively dirty, an additional fee will be charged.
There is no daily cleaning. Additional cleaning services may be requested at an extra cost.
Check-in: starting at 4:00 p.m. Check-out: 11:00 a.m. $75 fine for leaving after 11:00 a.m. without notice.
The resort reserves the right of admission. If you violate the rules, you may be expelled without refund.
